Terms of Use for TimeGrow

Welcome to TimeGrow ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TimeGrow mobile application ("App") available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. Use of the App

The TimeGrow App is designed to help you manage your personal data, such as tasks or notes, which are stored locally on your device or synced with your iCloud account. The App operates without a backend server, and we do not collect or store your data.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to: (a) modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App; (b) use the App for illegal purposes; (c) distribute or copy the App for commercial purposes; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or iCloud services.

  1. Data and iCloud

The App uses Apple's iCloud service to sync data across your devices. All data you input or generate in the App is stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account, which is managed by Apple Inc. and subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies. We do not access, control, or store your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

  1. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-generated data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, as it relies on your device and Apple's iCloud services.

Data Loss: You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any loss of data stored on your device or in iCloud.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunctions, or interruptions in service. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if applicable).

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease, but your data will remain on your device or iCloud account.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" and posting the revised Terms in the App or on our website (if applicable). Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
